DALLAS—The iconic Galleria Office Towers have sold for anundisclosed purchase price. Piedmont Office Realty Trust Inc.purchased the asset.
The three class-A office towers totaling approximately 1.4million square feet are located at the intersection of the DallasNorth Tollway and LBJ Freeway (Interstate 635). Situated at 13355,13455 and 13155 Noel Rd., Galleria Office Towers are at theinterchange of central Dallas' primary north-south thoroughfare,the Dallas North Tollway, and Dallas' inner loop, LBJ Freeway.
