The 234,000-square-foot, LEED Gold certified building featuresnumerous amenities, such as a 4,750-square-foot rooftop terrace, a4,300-square-foot fitness facility, a secure bicycle storage roomand customizable workspaces. The asset additionally boasts morethan 10,000 square feet of ground-floor retail; hosting tenantssuch as Bluestone Lane Coffee, El Bebe, Circa and Wells Fargo.
