HOBOKEN, NJ—The 14-story luxury rental apartment building 7Seventy House, developed by Bijou Properties and IntercontinentalReal Estate Corp., has achieved 50% leased five months after theproperty opened.

7 Seventy House is a mixed-use project thatwas developed in conjunction with a two-acre resiliency parkdonated by Bijou Properties and Intercontinental Real Estate Corp.to Hoboken. The initial installation of the park will open thissummer and includes a children's playground, a one-acre green spacedesigned for active and passive recreation uses, a state-of-the-art6,835-square-foot community gymnasium and infrastructure to capturemore than 450,000 gallons of rainwater to reduce flooding.
