WASHINGTON DC – Silverback Development has opened a new officein Washington DC. The new location will be led by senior managingdirector, Jeff Neal.
Neal's more than 30 years of experience within the industrycomprises an extensive background of acquiring and developinglarge-scale, commercial and residential real estate assets. The executive previously served as an SVP at LincolnProperty Company, after serving as a founding principal of MonumentRealty LLC, where he completed more than $3 billion in developmentprojects, including 5 million square feet of office space and morethan 3,500 residential units within the DC area. Throughout hiscareer, Neal has partnered with prominent financial institutions,including Lehman Brothers, AREA Property Partners (then Apollo RealEstate Advisors), Prudential, Northwestern Mutual Life, The CarlyleGroup, Bank of America, UBS and Corus Bank.
