Living New York Acquires Brokerage Firm to Bulk-up Landlord Representation

Living New York, a real estate firm specializing in landlord representation, sales and new development, has acquired Mdrn. Residential, a New York-based brokerage firm.

NEW YORK CITY- Living New York, a real estate firm specializing in landlord representation, sales and new development, has acquired Mdrn. Residential, a New York-based brokerage firm. 

Living New York has absorbed an estimated 40 agents and executive staff, bringing the firm’s total headcount to 100 people. With the larger headcount, the firm will expand its leasing solutions for property management clients and agents.

Founded in 2004, Living New York’s book of business includes principal and client-owned mixed-used, residential and commercial properties. In addition to leasing services, the firm’s arm Living Management provides a full-service management arm, which manages over 200 properties in the New York-Tri State.

Founded in 2013, Mdrn. Residential specializes in investment and development, sales and leasing, management and residential technology. The union between the firm and Living New York, will create a more senior and experienced management team.
