BILLERICA, MA—Omni Logistics has signed a lease of 115,822square feet of space at 90 Salem Road, which brings the more than617,000-square-foot industrial property located in the BillericaCommerce Center to 100% occupied.
The third-party logistics provider signed the warehouse leasedeal with building owner Clarion Partners of New York City. CBRE'sDavid Corkery, Steve Clancy, Rachel Marks and other members of CBREBoston Consulting represented the tenant Omni Logistics and ClarionPartners in the transaction.
