NEW YORK CITY- Turnbridge Equities, a national real estate development andmanagement firm, has unveiled plans for a 1.24-million-square-footlast-mile distribution center in the South Bronx located at 980East 149th St. The center is said to be the largest in New YorkCity to date, situated on a 14.2-acre assemblage in a designatedOpportunity Zone. 

Turnbridge has said the propertywill stand four stories tall and will be a Class A Bronx LogisticsCenter, offering direct tractor-trailer ramp access on threelevels, van access to the fourth level, 1,400 parking spaces, and arail spur that gives tenants an option to connect to CSXTransportation freight lines at the nearby Oak Point RailYards.
