WASHINGTON DC – Privately held real estate investment firm, EOSInvestors LLC has acquired the Embassy Suites by Hilton WashingtonDC Georgetown.
The 197-room hotel features a 24-hour fitness center, an indoorpool, an onsite restaurant, District Tap, and is comprised only oftwo-room suites. In 2016, the hotel underwent a full renovation ofall rooms and public spaces, including its lobby with a full-heightatrium.
