HOLMDEL, NJ—Locally-based real estate services firm BennettRealty & Development reports it has been retained by JLL toassist in the disposition of a portfolio of Walgreens tenanciesthroughout New Jersey that includes former Rite Aid and Duane Readestores.

The portfolio includes more than 20 properties and more than240,000 square feet of total space. BRD will provide sales, leasingand marketing support and will be responsible for valuationanalysis, sourcing users, and selling real estate owned assets aswell as all marketing efforts.
