Walgreens Seeks to Dispose Former Rite Aid, Duane Reade Tenancies in NJ

The portfolio includes more than 20 properties and more than 240,000 square feet of total space.

Bennett Realty & Development has been hired to assist JLL in the disposition of the Walgreens portfolio in New Jersey.

HOLMDEL, NJ—Locally-based real estate services firm Bennett Realty & Development reports it has been retained by JLL to assist in the disposition of a portfolio of Walgreens tenancies throughout New Jersey that includes former Rite Aid and Duane Reade stores.

The portfolio includes more than 20 properties and more than 240,000 square feet of total space. BRD will provide sales, leasing and marketing support and will be responsible for valuation analysis, sourcing users, and selling real estate owned assets as well as all marketing efforts.
