EAST RUTHERFORD, NJ—Phenix Salon Suites has continued itsexpansion in the New York metro region with a total of five newlease deals totaling approximately 47,000 square feet in New Yorkand New Jersey.
Cushman & Wakefield's David Townes, the exclusive leasingagent for the Encinitas, CA-based franchise retailer in the NewYork metropolitan area, brokered the long-term lease deals forPhenix Salon Suites, which has more than 300 locationsnationwide.
