Lighthouse Pregnancy Resource Center Acquires New HQ Building

HAWTHORNE, NJ—Non-profit Lighthouse Pregnancy Resource Center has acquired a 10,761-square-foot mixed-use building here and will utilize the building as its new corporate headquarters and fourth location.
The firm purchased the property at 297-301 Lafayette Ave. in Hawthorne from a private seller. NAI James E. Hanson’s Andrew Somple, SIOR, and Justin Allessio represented the seller, the Van Beuzekom family, in the transaction.
No financial terms of the transaction were disclosed.
Lighthouse Pregnancy Resource Center is a non-profit organization that operates resource centers in Hackensack, Wayne, and Paterson for women, men and teens. Lighthouse currently operates facilities at 2025 Hamburg Turnpike in Wayne; 809 Main St. in Hackensack and 75 Ellison St. in Patterson.
Featuring 7,381 square feet of office space along with two mezzanine apartments, the building offers the non-profit a strategic location in Hawthorne’s downtown redevelopment district, according to NAI James E. Hanson.
