The buildingwill eventually serve as the company's national headquarters withthe company saying it plans to add 50 to 75 jobs over the nextseveral years.
The distribution and office space is located within CoralSprings Commerce Center II. Cushman & Wakefield representedUnited Medco. The landlord is Exeter Property Group, a global realestate investment manager. United Medco was recently named one ofInc. 5000's fastest growing private companies in America.
