Furniture Manufacturer’s Lease Brings Wykoff Industrial Building to Full Occupancy

WYKOFF, NJ— PRE Sales Inc, a manufacturer, importer and distributor of commercial grade portable furniture and event and hospitality equipment, has signed a lease for 16,500 square feet of industrial/flex space at 500 West Main St. here.

The deal brings the 120,000-square-foot industrial building in Bergen County to full occupancy, according to commercial brokerage firm NAI James E. Hanson.

NAI James E. Hanson’s Andrew Somple, SIOR, and Justin Allessio represented the landlord, The Stro Companies, in the transaction with PRE Sales Inc.

500 West Main St, which is located on 13.7 acres, offers 21-foot clear ceilings as well as ample parking and loading capabilities. Situated nearby Routes 4, 208, and I-287, the property provides access to the George Washington Bridge as well as to the greater New York metro market and its international ports.

Formerly located in Moonachie, PRE Sales was attracted to 500 West Main St.’s convenient location and plans to use the space for the storage and distribution of furniture, NAI James E. Hanson states.
