Vantage Brokers Retail Property Sale in Magnolia

MAGNOLIA, NJ—After relocating operations to a new facility in nearby Voorhees, NJ,East Coast Enterprises, LLC has sold its retail facility here to a Philadelphia-based cabinetry maker.
Vantage Real Estate Services, which announced the sale transaction of 130 South White Horse Pike, represented East Coast Enterprises, LLC with the sale of its legacy retail facility.
The sale comes as a result of the company’s recent relocation to a nearby shopping center at 300 White Horse Road in Voorhees, NJ, also facilitated by Vantage RES. Monica Walsh, director of client services, and Aran Ploshansky, director of operations at Vantage RES, worked closely with the East Coast Salon Enterprises’ VP Bruce Goldstein, to facilitate the sale of the Magnolia property.
East Coast Salon Services is a full-service distributor of salon and spa products, education, and consulting services that has multiple locations in New Jersey and Pennsylvania.
The purchaser is Makellos Cabinetry, a veteran-owned business providing durable, high- performing and cost-effective kitchen cabinet products for renovation projects and new construction in multi-family and commercial developments. The company is headquartered in Philadelphia.
The Magnolia property totals approximately 3,150 square feet and is located on the White Horse Pike, adjacent to the newly built Royal Farms, at the intersection of South White Horse Pike and Evesham Road. The building is in close proximity to numerous other amenities, including restaurants, health clubs, a Walmart Supercenter and other retail centers and is easily accessible from I-295.
