WARREN, NJ—The German high-tech communications firm Huber SuhnerAstrolab has signed a long-term lease of 66,413 square feet at IvyRealty's 40 Technology Drive building in The Warren InnovationCenter here.

The lease, announced by brokerage firm Newmark Knight Frank,marks a total of more than 100,000 square feet in leases signed inthe last 12 months at The Warren Innovation Center.
