FORT WORTH—Cornerstone Projects Group, Trident Structures andStream Realty Partners recently released development plans forTriune Centre, a six-floor 30,000-square-foot class-A officedevelopment. Triune Centre is the first office development in theUnited States to feature an automated valet parking garage locatedat 3400 West Freeway.

The fully automated robotic palleted vehicle handling systemwill offer a valet-style parking service. Valet-style parkingallows the convenience of curbside delivery of vehicles, orderedvia the property's proprietary app. The automated parking garageprovides Triune Center an efficient parking solution for tenantsand allows the development to accommodate more usable square feetinto the office building.
