B6 Real Estate Appoints First Female Senior Managing Director

B6 Real Estate Advisors has appointed Trisha Connolly as senior managing director in the firm’s capital advisory division, the first female team leader at the firm.

NEW YORK CITY- B6 Real Estate Advisors, a Manhattan-based investment sales and capital advisory brokerage firm, has appointed Trisha Connolly as senior managing director in the firm’s capital advisory division, the first female team leader at the firm. Connolly will collaborate with B6’s investment sales teams in the Lower Manhattan territories and focus on servicing old and new clients.

“Trisha is one of the dominant debt and equity brokers in the country and her addition to the B6 team will both elevate the profile of the Capital Advisory Division and bolster the brand of our firm,” said Joe Tufariello, partner and president of B6’s capital advisory division. “Trisha and her team have a proven track record of executing creative and effective solutions across a variety of assets and her skillset and strong leadership will benefit both our clients and the growth of our team.”

Joining Connolly at B6 is her team, which includes Lynn Marcello and Nicole Schmidt. Connolly  has originated over $5 billion of capital markets financing across the U.S. to-date. She brings to the table

over 14 years of experience includes originating loans for all asset classes specializing in acquisition loans and refinancing as well as full capital stack solutions.

Her team is experienced in securing construction financing with unique capital sources on the debt and equity side. Prior to joining B6, Connolly was a partner and managing director at Alpha Capital CRE in Chicago. She has also held leadership roles on the capital markets teams at Cushman & Wakefield and General Growth Properties. Notable transactions from Connolly’s tenure to-date include a $1.5 billion Rouse Portfolio from General Growth Properties and $122 million financing of 338-342 North Rodeo Drive.

Connolly holds a Bachelor of Arts and Sciences Degree in Political Science and Spanish from Marquette University. She is active in the real estate and business community through her membership in the Marquette Real Estate Executive Board, ICSC, NAOIP, Harold E. Eisenberg Foundation and Roosevelt University, Marshall Bennett Institute of Real Estate.
