The assets, located at 7550 Perryman Ct and 7659Solley Rd, are within Brandon Woods III, a 259-acre businesscommunity near Fort Smallwood Road in Anne Arundel County,Maryland.

Chesapeake Real Estate tells GlobeSt.com that the project wentto market in the third quarter during an "extremely" hotenvironment and the seller was chosen in the fourth quarter. Thefirst phase closed at the end of 2019 with the second buildingrecently closed.
