BOSTON—Locally-based WinnCompanies reported on Wednesday it hadappointed EVP Terri Benskin as the chief operating officer of itsproperty management arm, WinnResidential.
In announcing Benskin's promotion, WinnCompanies CEO GilbertWinn noted that the COO position for WinnResidential was envisionedas part of its desired organizational structure whenWinnResidential president Patrick Appleby was named to lead theresidential and military housing companies at the start of2017.
