Wilder’s Final 34 Lots are Soon to be in Development

Landsea Homes has acquired the final 34 homesites at Wilder, a residential community in Orinda, and development is expected to begin this year with the anticipated grand opening in early 2021.

Relevae at Wilder will include two product types, one- and two-story single-family homes, with four floorplans.

ORINDA, CA—The final group of homes are coming to Wilder, according to Landsea Homes. The developer has acquired 34 new homesites at the residential community. Development is expected to begin this year with the anticipated grand opening in early 2021. Homes are reportedly slated for marketing at less than the $2 million price point.

The new neighborhood, Relevae at Wilder, will include two product types with four different plans: one-story and two-story single-family homes with outdoor terraces. The one-story homes will range from approximately 2,377 to 3,497 square feet and the two-story homes will range from approximately 2,722 to 2,979 square feet.

“This is the first phase for Landsea in Wilder and it’s the fourth overall development in Wilder,” Santos tells GlobeSt.com. “These are the last 34 lots in the entire Wilder community. These homes, although the last lots in Wilder, have the best views of the canyon. Every lot is a view lot. Relevae’s single-story homes have amazing unobstructed backyard views and the two-story homes have second-story terrace and backyard views. All homes at Relevae will be High Performance Homes/HPH. The HPH program includes three core pillars including home automation, sustainability and energy savings, which gives homebuyers connected living at their fingertips, providing ease, security and privacy.”

Wilder residents can take advantage of family-friendly amenities including a network of trails and pathways, a private swim and recreation center featuring a competition pool and fitness and yoga rooms, five community areas, and an art and garden center, surrounded by 1,300 acres of protected natural open space with neighborhood pedestrian, equestrian and bike trails.

With its small-town charm mixed with urban sophistication, the Town of Orinda offers farmers markets to fine dining and eclectic boutiques to supermarkets. The median property value in Orinda is $1.34 million and the homeownership rate is 89.7%. Orinda’s 2018 population was 19,806 residents, according to the US Census Bureau.

Orinda is one of three communities collectively referred to as “Lamorinda”, including Lafayette, Moraga and Orinda.
