Former Colliers Exec. to Lead Walker & Dunlop’s Northeast Appraisal Business
Gustafson, who has more than 18 years’ experience in property valuation and consultancy in the commercial and multifamily arenas, will be leading Apprise operations in major markets such as Boston, New York, Philadelphia, Baltimore and Washington, D.C.
BOSTON—Corey Gustafson, the former managing director of Colliers International’s New England office, has joined Walker & Dunlop’s Apprise multifamily appraisal business as managing director. Gustafson will lead the Bethesda, MD-based firm’s division in the Northeast region.
Gustafson, who has more than 18 years’ experience in property valuation and consultancy in the commercial and multifamily arenas, will be leading Apprise operations in major markets such as Boston, New York, Philadelphia, Baltimore and Washington, D.C.
At Colliers Gustafson directed all aspects of appraisal production, review, and compliance and provided valuation services to clients in the banking, asset management, right-of-way, consulting and litigation fields. He previously held several senior positions at leading property valuation and consulting firms, and during his career has completed thousands of multifamily property valuations.

Apprise currently covers more than 40 states and is targeting nationwide coverage by the end of 2020, according to Walker& Dunlop.
