A joint venture of George Comfort & Sons and DRA Advisorsacquired the six-building, 565,000-square-foot office complexsituated on 25 landscaped acres in 2018. It features recentlyrenovated lobbies and common areas, plus amenity offerings withconference facilities, three cafes, two fitness centers, ampleparking and shuttle service to the nearby Port Chester Metro-Northstation. Also provided are outdoor seating and activity spaces thatfeature volleyball and bocce courts.
