JACKSONVILLE, FL—International Management Co. plans to develop aPublix-anchored, retail project at the intersection of New BerlinRoad and Yellow Bluff Road on the city's Northside. Publix hassigned a 48,387-square-foot lease for a grocery and pharmacy.

Phase I of Northpoint Village will consist of a standaloneshopping center with approximately 16,600 square feet of inlinespace adjacent to Publix, with units ranging from 1,300 square feetto 7,000 square feet as well as five outparcels ranging up to 1.53acres.
