BELLEVUE, WA—Executives of Realogics Sotheby's InternationalRealty recently revealed that Tammy Gwinn and Lindsey Bundy ofGwinn / Bundy Group were both appointed to Senior Global RealEstate Advisors at the new Bellevue branch office. RSIR, a leadingproject marketing specialist currently representing and advising onmore than $1.5 billion in new condominium developments plannedthroughout the Puget Sound region, is bringing on this team "as agreat move on many fronts," according to the firm.
