MIAMI–JLL Capital Markets has expanded its debt and equityplacement team with the addition of Melissa Rose in its localoffice.
Rose joins JLL as a managing director focused on securing debtand joint venture equity financing for a broad range of propertytypes. Over the course of her 18-year career, she has closed morethan $2 billion in capital through first mortgages, mezzanineloans, bridge loans, acquisitions and preferred equity for avariety of asset types throughout the US.
