Colliers International Florida Expands Office Brokerage Team

The tenant representation brokerage team of Keith Edelman and Scott Goldstein join the firm from Avison Young.

CORAL GABLES, FL – Colliers International Florida is continuing to expand its South Florida footprint with the addition of a tenant representation brokerage team.

The team comprises office brokers, Keith Edelman and Scott Goldstein. The two professionals bring more than 45 years of combined tenant representation experience to Colliers International.

Throughout their careers, Edelman and Goldstein have assisted hundreds of clients with office space needs. The team has served clients such as Silversea Cruises, Millicom, Brickell Bank (now Banesco), Pfizer, Harley-Davidson, JP Morgan Chase and Western Union.

Edelman holds more than 25 years of tenant representation experience in marketing, lease negotiations and financial strategy. He previously worked at Colliers in Chicago for nearly a decade. Prior to joining Colliers, Edelman served as a principal at Avison Young, an SVP at JLL and a principal at The Staubach Company. Edelman received a Bachelor of Arts degree with a minor in business from Indiana University. Outside of the industry, Edelman is involved in organizations including Make-A-Wish, Broward County Humane Society Foundation and the Indiana University Alumni Association. With more than 20 years of commercial real estate experience, specializing in tenant representation for professional services, technology and government tenants, Goldstein’s expertise spans lease negotiations, office site selection and evaluation, and tenant real estate strategy.

Previously, Goldstein served as a principal at Avison Young, an SVP at JLL, an SVP at The Staubach Company and a transaction manager at CBRE. Goldstein earned a Bachelor of Arts and Sciences in Marketing and Communications from the University of Central Florida. He is actively involved with the South Florida Office Brokers Association and the Greater Miami Chamber of Commerce.
