CBRE has promoted Lesley Hudson to associatedirector of the property management division in San Diego as themarket condition now calls for qualified leadership. Along withJuan E. Rose, Hudson will lead the team ofproperty management and engineering professionals in the San DiegoRegion.

Hudson joined CBRE in 2009, and has climbed through the propertymanagement division, most recently serving as senior real estatemanager. In her new role, she will oversee operations, financialsand overall performance of a mixed portfolio of investor andoccupier assets.
