CBRE has promoted Lesley Hudson to associatedirector of the property management division in San Diego as themarket condition now calls for qualified leadership. Along withJuan E. Rose, Hudson will lead the team ofproperty management and engineering professionals in the San DiegoRegion.

"The current economy has forced property managers to operate inuncharted territory and adapt to environments that are evolving andfluid. COVID-19 has presented a number of challenges, includingenhancing safety, operational considerations and financialimplications for tenants and investors," Hudson tells GlobeSt.com."All of these factors are specific to certain asset classes andgeographic locations, so each property must be evaluatedindividually to ensure business continuity."

Hudson joined CBRE in 2009, and has climbed through the propertymanagement division, most recently serving as senior real estatemanager. In her new role, she will oversee operations, financialsand overall performance of a mixed portfolio of investor andoccupier assets. "I am extremely competitive and goal-oriented, soI am thrilled to take on this new role as associate director," shesays about taking on this new position.
