TAMPA, FL—The Altman Cos. has announced the opening ofAltís Grand at The Preserve., which is a new luxury apartmentcommunity coming to northwest Tampa in early June.
The environmentally-friendly apartment community is aninnovative first of its kind, according to the company. The AltísGrand is located on an 8-acre lake. It will have two buildingdesign options, the Altís and Ariya, with resort-style amenities.There is a total of 350 apartments in the community. Pre-leasinghas already begun and the community is scheduled to open on time inearly June.
"When the pandemic hit, we moved quickly, making sure we put ourcrews' safety first and followed all CDC Guidelines, so we areecstatic to announce the launch of the Altís Grand brand with thepre-leasing of Altís Grand at The Preserve," saidco-CEO Joel Altman, in prepared remarks.
