The market is waiting fordistressed assets to start hitting the market. At the moment, thestandoff between buyers and sellers over assetpricing hassidelined most transactions. 

But it is only a matter of timebefore buyers will need to sell troubled assets, the only questionbeing when. 

Nathan Whigham, president of ENCapital, thinks it could happen by the end of thesummer.
