PHOENIX, AZ – A Marcus & Millichap division, Institutional Property Advisors (IPA) has recruited a veteran brokerage team to expand its services throughout the Southwest. The team of Peter Bauman and Tivon Moffitt have joined the division as SVPs in Phoenix, AZ.
The two professionals, formerly of JLL, hold institutional and private client relationships and extensive experience in executing acquisitions, dispositions, sale-leasebacks and recapitalization of industrial and office properties. The duo has collectively sold more than $1.5 billion in commercial real estate assets.
Bauman holds 11 years of industry experience and is currently a member of the NAIOP Commercial Real Estate Development Association.
Moffitt brings 17 years of industry experience to IPA, as a graduate of the University of Pennsylvania, with a Master of Corporate Real Estate designation from CoreNet Global. Moffitt is also a member of NAIOP.
Leveraging Bauman and Moffitt's relationships, the division is expanding its office and industrial coverage.
With the new brokerage team, IPA aims to extend its investment services to institutional and major private office and industrial investors in Arizona and throughout the Southwest.
