Car-repair giant AAMCOTransmissions and Total Car Care has retained CBRE as itssite-selection agent for a new push to expand its network of AAMCOfranchises in the US.
CBRE will "create and execute anexpansion program throughout the country," with an initial focus onNew York, New Jersey, Florida, Georgia, Texas and Arizona, thecommercial real estate firm announced.
AAMCO, based in Philadelphia, hasmore than 600 franchises in the US andCanada. AAMCO'schief strategy officer, Brian O'Donnell, said the company aims to"accelerate growth in targeted US markets."
