SAN JOSE, CA – Urban Catalyst's chief administrative officer andpartner, Sean Raft has been admitted as a member of the OpportunityZones Working Group, of Novogradac.
Founded by Novogradac & Company in 2017, the OpportunityZones Working Group aims to develop and provide stewardship andsolutions to Opportunity Zone incentive issues. The group offersrecommendations for the program to more efficiently deliverbenefits to low-income communities.
Within the Opportunity Zones Working Group, Raft will assist inaddressing the legislative and economic issues, relevant toOpportunity Zones. The group anticipates Raft will contributefirst-hand insight from his position with Urban Catalyst. The UrbanCatalyst professional intends to further the group's missionthrough his direct experience within real estate, law andsecurities.
