PHILADELPHIA – Life sciences researcher, developer and propertymanager, Scheer Partners Inc. has opened a new Philadelphia office.The company has recruited industry veteran and local broker, Paul'Tim' Conrey to lead the office as Philadelphia director andSVP.
The new office, located in Philadelphia's University Cityneighborhood in the CIRA Centre office tower, serves as ScheerPartners' first satellite office, outside of the DC metropolitanarea.
The company intends to utilize Conrey's professional expertiseto identify life sciences market opportunities, in effort to meetthe scientific real estate needs in the Philadelphia market.
