NASHVILLE, TN – The joint-venture of BentallGreenOak, FlankManagement LP and Geolo Capital has acquired the Hutton Hotel inNashville, TN, for an undisclosed price in an all-cashtransaction.
The four-star, four diamond, Hutton Hotel opened in 2009 in thecity's West End neighborhood.
Offering 250 guest rooms and suites, including three penthousesuites, the hotel caters to Nashville's music culture byadditionally offering writers' studios for musicians. Thehotel features three dining concepts comprising a coffee shop, anall-day restaurant and bar and a 5,000-square-foot social club andentertainment venue for live performances in a living roomsetting.
