CHICAGO, IL – Urban Innovations Ltd. affiliate, North WellsCapital has topped off exterior construction at its officedevelopment, located at 306 W. Erie St. in Chicago's River Northneighborhood.
North Wells Capital acquired the original structure and lot in2017, before commencing construction on the project in November2019.
The project consisted of doubling the building's size and addingamenities, such as an interior tenant lounge, game room, rooftopterrace, tenant bike rooms and an open lobby space. The boutiquebuilding will feature an open atrium stairwell, independent HVACsystems, new elevators, touchless restrooms and nearby parkingoptions.
