NEW YORK—JLLCapital Markets has expanded its Loan Sale Advisory Group addingveteran broker Will Sledge. JLL's Loan Sales Group is led by seniormanaging director Wally Reid and executive managing director GerardSansosti.
Sledge joins JLL as a senior managing directorfocused on performing and non-performing loan and REO portfoliosales. Prior to joining JLL, Sledge spent 17 years at MissionCapital Advisors, where he most recently served as the head ofBusiness Development and Execution. Over the course of his career,Sledge has led the league tables both internally and among hispeers in the sourcing of commercial, consumer, residential,equipment lease and finance Real Property/REO sale opportunities.Since 2016, he has been involved in more than $10 billion of loanand asset sales for a variety of clients in private, public andgovernmental financial institutions.
Sledge graduated from the University of Alabama with a degree inFinance.
