ASHBURN, VA – JLL's Northern VA agency leasing team will partnerwith Retail Properties of America Inc. to lease the officecomponent the mixed-use development, One Loudoun in Ashburn,VA.
The shopping, dining and entertainment destination, One Loudounadditionally offers 180,000-square feet of existing office spaceacross eight buildings.
The project is expected to deliver its next phase, One Endicott,in March 2021, which will provide 33,000 square feet of officespace. The office space will offer the ability for a tenant tooccupy its own building or a dedicated floor with direct access toan adjacent three-story parking structure.
