ATLANTA, GA – National law firm, Lewis Brisbois has signed amulti-floor, long-term lease at Bank of America Plaza in MidtownAtlanta's Tech Square neighborhood. Shorenstein Properties securedthe new lease agreement which encompasses more than 48,000 squarefeet.

The transaction represents one of the largest office dealswithin the Atlanta metropolitan area since the COVID-19 crisisemerged in March.

Accommodating its expansion plans, Lewis Brisbois will relocateits Atlanta offices from 1180 Peachtree Street to the Bank ofAmerica Plaza. The law firm will move into its new offices in April2021, upon building-out its customized, state-of-the-art workspacewithin the tower's 46th and 47th floors.

Shorenstein Properties recently completed a $10 millionrenovation to the building's west wing, which included deliveringmodern amenities, a 17,000-square-foot food hall, a17,000-square-foot health club and spa, expansive conferencefacilities and a Starbucks in the main lobby.

Jeff Keppen and Nicole Goldsmith of CBRE represented Shorensteinin the transaction. Avison Young's Jonathan Larsen, Rick Nash,Chandler Larsen, and Molly Millard represented Lewis Brisbois inthe transaction.

Bank of America Plaza is occupied by both fast-growing techfirms, as well as established legal and professional servicesfirms.
