ATLANTA, GA – National law firm, Lewis Brisbois has signed amulti-floor, long-term lease at Bank of America Plaza in MidtownAtlanta's Tech Square neighborhood. Shorenstein Properties securedthe new lease agreement which encompasses more than 48,000 squarefeet.

The transaction represents one of the largest office dealswithin the Atlanta metropolitan area since the COVID-19 crisisemerged in March.

Accommodating its expansion plans, Lewis Brisbois will relocateits Atlanta offices from 1180 Peachtree Street to the Bank ofAmerica Plaza. The law firm will move into its new offices in April2021, upon building-out its customized, state-of-the-art workspacewithin the tower's 46th and 47th floors.
