JLL Capital Markets has added Jay Ballard and Ken Delvillar asmanaging directors focused on multi-housing transactions in itsOrlando office.

 Ballard and Delvillar have more than 54 years ofcombined industry experience. They join JLL from Cushman andWakefield, where they were executive directors for the FloridaMultifamily Advisory Group. Over the course of their careers,Ballard and Delvillar have represented a variety of public andprivate companies, developers, life companies, pension fundadvisors and condo converters on both a regional and national basisand have been involved in more than $6.5 billion of completedtransactions.

Ballard is an active member ofNational Multi-Housing Council (NMHC) and Florida ApartmentAssociation (FAA). He has been recognized as a top broker bothin-house and by NAIOP, Costar and Central Florida Commercial RealEstate Society (CFCRES). Ballard is a graduate of the University ofSouth Carolina, Darla Moore School of Business.
