Sudler Cos. to Develop New Business Park in Greenville, SC

"Fox Hill Business Park is really emblematic of our brand," Brian Sudler, principal at New Jersey-based Sudler Companies, said about a planned new business park in Greenville, South Carolina.

The real estate firm Sudler Cos. has been selected to develop a new 172-acre business park in Greenville County, SC.

New Jersey-based Sudler, a veteran-owned and family-run firm, is leading the development of the Fox Hill Business Park in the city of Fountain Inn. The development will accommodate up to 2.5 million square feet of manufacturing and distribution space, the Greenville Area Development Corporation said.
