MARTINSBURG, WV – Transwestern Real Estate Services has brokeredthe sale of a 186,673-square-foot warehouse in Martinsburg, WV,located at 748 Novak Drive.


Built in 1998, the property encompasses 27 acres and is equippedwith eight exterior docks. The warehouse is situated two miles fromInterstate 81 and is in close proximity to numerous privateemployers, such as Macy's Essroc, Procter & Gamble Company,General Motor, FedEx and Rubbermaid.


Representing the seller were Transwestern EVPs, CaulleyDeringer, Steve Cloud and Gerry Trainor, SVP, Bev Scheffler andassistant VP, Andrew Hasset. Transwester's SVP, Tom Burnsrepresented the buy, who purchased the asset for an undisclosedamount.
