In the new role, Twist will provide property and portfolioanalysis, seller and buyer representation and 1031 Exchangeopportunities, while focusing on triple net leased properties inkey markets throughout the country.
With 20 years of industry experience, Twist previouslyspecialized in single tenant, triple net leased, retail, office andindustrial properties throughout the US, in his role as a principalfor Dodge Real Estate Corp for the past six years. Prior to servingDodge Real Estate Corp., Twist served as an agent with Re/Max.
