Tzadik Management, a multifamily property management company,has acquired commercial property management company JM RealEstate.
Based in Brevard County, Florida, JM Real Estate's acquisitionincludes management contracts for 60 locations and 2.5 millionsquare feet of retail, office, medical and industrial properties.JM Real Estate was founded in 1997.
"This acquisition allows us to stay competitive with today'stechnological advancements in commercial property management andbrokerage activities," said Jewel McDonald, broker and director ofbrokerage services for JM Real Estate.
