AFlorida-headquartered real estate investment management firm says it'slaunching an investment fund exclusively committed to OpportunityZone investments in the southwest part of the state.

Baxon Capital, a firmheadquartered in Fort Myers and focused on commercial, residentialand opportunity zone investments, made the announcement thisweek.

The fund will take advantage ofthe federal Opportunity Zone program, which gives tax incentiveswith the goal of bringing private investment to support developmentin lower income zones.
