Residential Buyers Snap Up Danville Single Family

Bay Area homebuyers are looking for high-quality homes at affordable price points with access to top-rated schools, growing career opportunities and recreational activities.

DANVILLE, CA—Landsea Homes’ Abigail Place has completely sold out less than one year after homes first became available. Abigail Place consists of 17 single-family homes that offer three to five bedrooms and vary from 2,954 to 3,443 square feet.

Located along Old Blackhawk Road and Camino Tassajara, the community is near Blackhawk Plaza, which offers a mix of local, regional/national shops and restaurants. Students attend the San Ramon Valley Unified School District, one of the highest-ranked school districts in California.

In 2017, Danville had a population of 44,200 people with a median age of 44.9 and a median household income of $152,798. Between 2016 and 2017, its population grew from 43,758 to 44,205, a 1.02% increase, and its median household income grew from $146,603 to $152,798, a 4.23% increase, according to DataUSA.
