ALEXANDRIA, VA – Carr Cos. has broken ground on the Musecondominium development in Alexandria, VA. The developer plans todeliver the project's 73 residences in late 2021.
Located at 1201 N. Royal St. in the city's Old Town Northneighborhood, Muse will consist of two buildings, connected by anenclosed bridge.
Carr Cos. aims for the development to serve as a key componentwithin the neighborhood's arts corridor. SK&I Architecture hasdesigned Muse to encourage engagement from both artists andresidents. The development will incorporate an "arts walk" oflandscaped open space featuring seating, lighting and displayspace.
