The form is open to any individual, under the age of 40, whooperates in commercial real estate and related fields, such as law,research, design and consulting.

Can I nominate myself?

Yes. We accept self-nominations, as well as third-partysubmissions.

I was selected for Fifty Under 40 last year. Can I applyagain this year?

|

To a avoid redundancy, we try to vary the professionals that weprofile from year to year. That being said, individuals selectedwithin recent years for Fifty Under 40 may submit a nomination andinclude updated details, accomplishments and testimonies that donot mirror previous submissions. When will the issue come out?

Chosen Fifty Under 40 professionals will be profiled inthe October 2020 Career issue of Real EstateForum. Selected individuals will additionally gain recognitionon GlobeSt.com.
