NEW YORK CITY—Selfhelp Community Services secured a14,889-square foot lease at 626 Sheepshead Bay Road in Brooklyn.Transwestern's Stephen Powers, Lindsay Ornstein, Thomas Hines andJake Cinti provided Occupier Solutions services for Selfhelp. Thenonprofit will consolidate two facilities into the new SheepsheadBay location, which will house two programs that offer services toHolocaust survivors and the elderly.

"By consolidating our Brooklyn Holocaust survivor and homehealth aide training programs at our new office at 626 SheepsheadBay Road, we will be able to provide better and more robust accessto these critical services," said Russell Lusak, Chief OperatingOfficer at Selfhelp in prepared remarks.

Located in Coney Island, 626 Sheepshead Bay Road was built in2018 and features seven floors of office and retail space. Thebuilding, which is home to many nonprofit organizations, is nearseveral public transit options, including the D, F, B and Q trains.Building ownership, Cammeby's International, was represented byDavid Ofman of The Lawrence Group.
