Walker & Dunlop, GeoPhy Appoint COO of Multifamily Appraisal Business

Industry veteran, Nicole Urquhart-Bradley will additionally serve as managing director of the partnership’s joint-venture business, Apprise.

BETHESDA, MD – Walker & Dunlop Inc. and GeoPhy have appointed Nicole Urquhart-Bradley as chief operating officer and managing director of the partnership’s multifamily appraisal business, Apprise.

Within her new role, based in Bethesda, MD, Urquhart-Bradley will oversee all aspects of the firm’s appraisal activities, while working alongside Apprise’s valuation lead, Meghan Czechowski.

Urquhart-Bradley holds 30 years of commercial appraisal experience; previously serving as SVP of strategy at Bowery Valuation. Prior to her position at Bowery Valuation, Urquhart-Bradley worked at Cushman & Wakefield, where she served as head of its valuation and advisory practice for the Americas. In this past position she managed a team of 600 employees across 65 offices that valued more than $1 trillion in commercial real estate assets in 2017.

Urquhart-Bradley’s appointment follows Apprise’s recent announcement of two additional new hires as affordable housing specialists.

The company currently employs more than 20 professionals throughout the country, with a team that has completed more than $70 billion in total commercial real estate property appraisals; encompassing more than 470,000 units per year.
